I am not sure if my pop up does the trick yet - but the support team are awesome and created a unique pop up just for my requirements in minutes. Seriously wish more apps had that kind of service.
I downloaded this app and its very easy and self explanatory and the Helpdesk was so helpful. They make great recommendations and nice. I would recommend all businesses to download this app! 10/10
Best customer service I have seen on an e-commerce app. They had a real person reach out to proactively suggest best practices and even helped me implement them remotely. Awesome experience so far

Friendly customer support - very helpful and effective. App is easy to use and offer lot of possibilies. Using email marketing for instance for newsletter registration was easy and fast to install
The customer service is great and I'm very pleased with the chat that they have. You can get assistance at any time of the day and it's really helpful when I'm working in the middle of the night.

This app was perfect or my online store. When I had an issue with the display of an pop up, customer service helped me through the process until it was right. I really appreciate the time they took.
This app is incredibly user-friendly and makes email marketing a breeze. Additionally, the customer service is excellent, as the team is always available to answer any questions you may have
