We used this app to make a discount campaign for our online store. It's really easy and the staff, Trish, she's really nice and professional. What's a great service! We're really appreciated your help, thanks again.
This app is amazing. Friendly user and they have free great designs. Ms. Angelina - their customer support is really helpful and nice. I highly recommend this app to everyone. So thankful I have discovered this app.
Comprehensive app with lots of absolutely necessary digital marketing features! Fanatic support that proactively reached out and made suggestions to our campaign settings and helped with corrections. +++ recommended!
I am so happy with the service that we got from your team. You really walked us through the whole process and helped us getting our pop-ups up and running in no time. I strongly recommend using this app. Thanks again!
This APP is AMAZING, it's free, the support is unbelievably prompt and friendly each agent went beyond the call of duty on everything I needed. I hope my shop can grow to the level where I can start giving them money!
The team at ONE are absolutely fantastic. They will go out of their way to help and make sure you're up and running. A particular shoutout to Rissa who jumped in and solved an issue in no time at all. Highly recommend!
Ann took her time and showed me how to set this app up step-by-step. We got it done and I am pleased with the app. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Anytime I have a concern, it is answered quickly. The customer service is AWESOME!
This App has helped my business very much in such a short time. The customer service on live chat is out of this world. honestly haven't received such great service in a long time. Definitely would recommend 5 stars. :)
I worked with Rosy and she was amazing. She helped me figure out my DNS settings which was a complicated mess. I'm so glad that One allows for Zoom meeting support. The customer service is outstanding. 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!
Great app and best customer service to customize it to your liking! Made a big difference to my subscriber rate. Some of the reminders were too distracting on mobile but the chat support function helped me rmove this.
