Amazing! We used another signup app, and it wasn't nearly as effective at getting visitors to join our mailing list. They are also highly knowledgeable and provide exceptional support and guide you to the best practices in integrating their app.
Wow - What an app, and what AMAZING customer service. I am blown away by the help from the team, it has made my week. Cant wait to explore more of the outstanding features, and see what a difference it can make to my online store. Thank you team!
5 STARS. I recommend this "Pop Ups, SMS & Email Marketing" App by ONE to all the businesses. It's is very useful for our startup. I really appreciate the efforts of the Dev Team. Support Team is also very very responsive and informative. Thank you
I just spent well over an hour with Trish from their support team and she is TERRIFIC! So patient and willing to help however she can. Not only is their support amazing but I love the app - it is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Great job, One Team!
I used this app to create a pop-up giveway on my shopify store and the support team were so helpful! Rita was amazing, she was keen to resolve an issue i was having and i did not need to wait a long time for her to respond. Impressive for a free app!
the one app is perfect, it's a very useful marketing tool that helps me serve my clients better. At the same time, the staff of the one is also very professional and rosy gave me very good advice. I am willing to recommend this product to more people.
ONE's customer service was really amazing. Rissa helped me create a pop which did not even exist in their templates by doing some coding for me. She even provided me with a screen record so that I could carry on from there. Would definitely recommend.
One of the Great Free App for the Marketing Purpose. Very easy to use and they got lot of themes to customize from. They do offer Email, SMS and more for your store. Customer Service is the best compared to many other Apps. So, I Highly recommend them.
Trish was so helpful, having someone available in the moment to answer questions was unexpected and I was so grateful to have that support! Got our first pop up all set up exactly as we wanted so it blended seamlessly with our website. Thank you Trish!
We installed this app and the pop up wheel instantly increased our Conversion! Anything and everything helps! We needed some help with a few noob things and the support was extremely responsive and even advised us some recommendations for our Pop ups!
