Mostly user friendly, however, once you start linking other apps & Shopify, editing email and text responses can get a little tricky. Customer service is amazing though! 24/7 chat with a real person, even on the free plan. Rosy set up a new campaign for me and answered all of my questions quickly and easily, at 9 pm on Sunday at that! Highly recommend just for the customer service.

App was easy to use for a simple pop up I wanted to make... what made the experience even better was the low pressure, high quality and EXCELLENT service of Rosy on the online support. No selling, just great suggestions of enhancing what I want with FAST service! Once I get comfortable I will definitely check out the paid services because they can do some awesome things! I wanted to test some new pop ups out on my store and I stumbled across one+ and let me tell you they are a one stop app. They have many different types of customizable pop ups that are easy and user friendly to help convert sales. Plus, you can start off with the free plan which I feel is amazing. I would highly recommend this app to all shopify users 10/10. Excellent and fast customer service by the way!

Officially my favorite business app. I made a Memorial Day pop up for my boutique and it was clearly my first time. Fola helped with the chat support and seriously, I have NEVER had better customer service in my life!! Fola gave me pointers every step of the way, and when I couldn't figure something out, she was digging deep to find my problem with me. Everything looks perfect now, and I am super happy. 100 out of ten stars.

ONE is a complete marketing app platform for Shopify and even other Ecommerce platforms. We just join ONE for 2 days and created some emails & popups for testing, simple and easy to use (especially the customer support is super, 24 hours all human, and very acknowledgeable), and will continue to experience other features. For now, it's all FREE, and hope the company will come up with a reasonable price plan so all SMBs can benefit.

This is going to be the app that revolutionizes the e-commerce platform as we know it!!! Before this app, I was trying to buy into multitude of apps and getting nothing concrete for my business, but now I'm building customer trust alongside email capturing which makes sales and AOV double, if not triple. Early on, I was helped by Natalie (who's a ROCKSTAR, by the way) and she helped me combine a campaign that was to my delight. Great app with a great team! Keep doing what you're doing over at ONE!

Probably the best-upselling app on Shopify. If you choose any other service you are making a mistake! I made sure to follow along with the trials and include my own designs to keep the brand on par. I was blown out of the water with the customization features that weren't paywalled. Respectfully all developers deserve their cut but knowing they offer this for free takes the cake. The customer service alone makes me want to pay and I promise once I am successful I will promote this app until my mouth hurts!

This app is literally the best app by far!!! Not only does it have email marketing, sms marketing, pop ups, as well as the analytics to see which of these features work best with your target audience but the customer service has exceeded my expectations and more! This was my first time using this company for such features so I was still getting used to how to create my emails but Noelia was such a huge help. If you are contemplating on whether or not to utilize this app for your company just do it, you will not regret it!!

I absolutely love this app! I'm thrilled to have email and sms in one that can integrate with Shopify! They have so many other great marketing tools to choose from it's awesome! Ok, I must say this.... their customer service team is THE BEST! Very knowledgable and prompt responses. I personally worked with Erika and Patricia!
