Yikes Order Cancel & Edit

Let customers cancel an order or change its size or color themselves, without contacting support.

Customers cancel their own orders from the order page in their new customer account or from the thank-you page, and a line you can add to your order confirmation email shows them where. You set the rules: how long after ordering, your packing hours, items that can't be cancelled, and whether you approve each cancel first. A cancel refunds the payment and restocks the items. Customers can also change an item's size or color, paying or getting back the difference. You get an email for each one.
