It's refreshing to find an app that not only works brilliantly but is also backed by a team that truly cares about its customers. I can't recommend Optima highly enough!

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this interface at the moment. It suffers from several critical issues:

Incomplete or incorrect translations in the UI.

Duplicate orders: the import process doesn’t check if an order already exists, so every order is re-created each time.

Incorrect payment amounts are imported.

Missing channel tagging: orders aren’t labeled as coming from the “TikTok Channel.”

Incorrect payment status is imported.

Until these problems are resolved, the tool isn’t practical for my workflow.

Users say it’s very simple to connect Shopify with TikTok Shop — products, stock levels, and orders sync automatically once set up.

The Optima app is fantastic for my Shopify store. It’s easy to install, smooth to use, and really improves store management. I highly recommend it.
