Super easy to set up and use. The integration works flawlessly, and order syncing is very accurate. Definitely worth it for anyone selling on TikTok Shop.
Optima has been an absolute game changer for my TikTok Shop. The app syncs seamlessly with TikTok, making order management so much easier, and the customised shipping labels have saved me so much time while giving everything a much more professional look.
What really makes Optima stand out, though, is the customer support. The team is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping their users succeed. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, they've been quick to respond with clear, friendly, and effective solutions. A big thank you to Fatimah who has been beyond incredible and Irfan who helped out enormously to help me resolve some TikTok glitches. Fab, fab, fab.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this interface at the moment. It suffers from several critical issues:
Incomplete or incorrect translations in the UI.
Duplicate orders: the import process doesn’t check if an order already exists, so every order is re-created each time.
Incorrect payment amounts are imported.
Missing channel tagging: orders aren’t labeled as coming from the “TikTok Channel.”
Incorrect payment status is imported.
Until these problems are resolved, the tool isn’t practical for my workflow.
Users say it’s very simple to connect Shopify with TikTok Shop — products, stock levels, and orders sync automatically once set up.
The Optima app is fantastic for my Shopify store. It’s easy to install, smooth to use, and really improves store management. I highly recommend it.
