This app made the integration between our Shopify store and TikTok Shop smooth and hassle-free. Product syncing runs perfectly, inventory updates automatically, and it has eliminated a lot of manual effort while saving us valuable time.
since I am new to all this it is an experience and I am learning and growing with optima tiktok.
This app made syncing my Shopify store with TikTok Shop completely seamless. Product listings, inventory, and orders are all updated in real-time without any manual work. The AI auto-mapping feature saves so much time, and the bulk upload option is a huge bonus. Highly recommended for anyone serious about scaling on TikTok Shop!

Wonderful app that does its job. I had a problem with a product not sync'ing properly so although it took some days going back and forth but with the teams support we got there in the end and now it's working as intended.
Fatimah has been very helpful in ensuring my issue was resolved. For as long as the app remains Free and an upgrade being required when you surpass 50 orders then this app will be #1.

These guys really helped me out! My TTS was not working, not syncing with Shopify using ANY of the apps from the app store. Optima was nice enough to schedule a meeting with their tech team who guided me through fixing the issues my account had that held up proper syncing.
