Perfect in every way. We have a lot of custom options for some of our products. One has over 5000 possible combos, and this app handles it perfectly. Couldn't live without it.

keep running into issues, so now the info typed in is not delivered to the store. Other times it did not even show up at the product. Been waiting to get help on this for 35 hours, only one respond with collab. request came back and since then, have not heard from them the last 20 hours. So really frustrating because I am supposed to have big time sales in the next couple days
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the app didn't work out for your use case. The issue was due to a compatibility limitation with Shopify Bundles, which we don't currently support.
We've reached out to you directly via live chat to discuss this further. If there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Amazing support & flexible app!
I've been working on a complex travel configurator with hundreds of custom options and conditions, and Optionize has been a game-changer. The app is flexible, intuitive, and exactly what I needed to bring my vision to life.
What really stood out to me was the incredible support. I needed custom JavaScript functionality for a date field, and they quickly added that feature just for me — including a sample script to get started.
Fast response, helpful team, and a mindset of “let’s make it work.”
Highly recommended if you're looking for advanced product options with professional support behind it.
Thank you Optionize!s
