Instant Product Options

I moved from another app to this one after 6 years after my old app fell apart. The team have been amazing at helping implement features I needed in my high variant products, some features didn't even exist and they created them in under 12 hrs with quick response times on chat. Give it a go, don't find what you need within the features? Work with them and you will love this app.

Very much love that this app has an in-app messenger where I was able to connect with someone with something I was technically challenged on. Wonderful assistance and customer service. This app has been very lucrative for our business in particular for setting up product-specific customizations for shoppers. I love that there are multiple options for assigning various traits for our products that make the customer experience much better! Very smooth and makes our shop top-tier. Recommend this app and its easiness to set up and explanations!

Great little app. Exactly what I needed for my store and the support was kind and helpful. They fixed an issue I was having quickly.

It's incredibly easy to use and customize, and the customer service team is fantastic! I ran into an issue, and they responded promptly, helped me right away, and made sure it would be resolved within the day. Really impressed with both the platform and the level of support!

very intuitive and responsive support -- I have been extremely happy with the productivity this app is driving for our business

Perfetti e super veloci nel risolvere i problemi!

Super fast to respond! I'm working on my shop at midnight and got a response and resolution in under 5 mins! (Chat GPT recommended them as the best, they are!)

Great partner! Worked through the collaborator request to get personalization set up on my site!

The app is very well made. Tons of options and really makes for a seamless experience for clients as well as business owner. Sophia was very helpful and patient, thank you!

I would like to start by saying customer service was superb! Answered all questions that I had, and responded in a timely manner. I was also able to get the layout I was looking for, simple and effective. Enjoying the app so far :)
