Order Automator

This app worked great for Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Setup is straightforward and logical and has a lot more options than the native Amazon App. It also has a ton of other functionality that we will make use of in the future. Support has been great, we appreciate the outstanding service!

The team with Order Automator is so amazing! They helped me with a specific automation that I was wanting for my store and have always been helpful with any questions that I have!

Great experience with Order Automator. It was easy to set up and easy to use. There are a couple of settings that you have to get creative depending on how you want it used. I use mine to get orders from Shopify to Amazon as a secondary fulfillment center. They were also able to add a custom feature for my business very quickly.

We were looking for an app that can send emails to our vendors when there's an order and this app is doing a really good job!

They can also send your Amazon inventory through your store as well if you also do FBA on Amazon!
High recommended!

I use Order Automator to automatically cancel high-risk orders, and I love it!

The developer is very responsive to feedback, and he's great to work with. I absolutely recommend this app.

Not only is the app brilliant (especially great for us so we can notify different departments & fulfilment teams for different orders), their customer service & dev team is second to none.

We put in a request for a feature, and within 4 days it was implemented and live for everyone.

Top notch app, top notch customer service.

THANK YOU!

Couldn't recommend this app enough, so easy to setup and use. It has completely changed and automated how we process orders.

I even had a custom request so reached out to the team and they couldn't be more helpful. The request was quite rogue so I wasn't sure it would be possible, but they had a look and managed to get it to work!

I would highly recommend this app for anyone on Shopify, it's a game changer.

Great support.

The integration with Amazon's multiple marketplaces and,
We had a few glitches when working with multiple Amazon marketplaces and with SFN locations.
The team was quick to investigate the glitches and respond to yesterday's update.

The other features are very useful as well.
I highly recommend this app!

This app has been a game changer for my store. I use it to automatically fulfill and email out digital orders, and it works flawlessly. I also love the alerts when something hasn’t been fulfilled after a few days, it saves me from missing anything. Simple, reliable, and it just works. I honestly couldn’t run my workflow without it.

Excellent App and Customer Support!

The app delivers exactly what it promises. It was missing one feature I needed, but customer support responded quickly, and their developers set up a custom solution for me. Thanks to this, we save a lot of time and avoid headaches every single day. Fantastic service and flexibility. Highly recommended!
