Worked great, then suddenly stopped - and after 2 weeks and multiple unanswered support requests I've had to uninstall the app and use the free Shopify flow app instead.
Installed the app, and it dopes exactly what I need it to do: Tag our orders with the tags of the products. Comic book store that tag all their new release comics with the date. This will allow us to pull every order with the same tag and associate those orders with the products received that week. This will significantly streamline our process. Thank you for being amazing.
Thank you so much for such nice words! We work hard to meet expectations like yours, and we will do our best to improve our app in the future.
Not all tags are working and i don't understand why. Would benefit with some support.
Also where is activity log? Cant find it
We're sorry to hear you've faced such inconvenience, but thank you for your feedback.
The app doesn't change any data in the orders, products, or customers and works according to the settings and conditions of the automation rules set by merchants.
In your case, conditions set in the automation rules were not met, and tags weren't added. You can see it at any time in the Activity Log, which you can find by clicking the embedded menu.
Regards,
Tagit: Auto Tags team.
so far so good, enables auto tagging without manual checking for every order paid by customers, and it is free to use as my review was written.
Thank you very much. We're thrilled to hear that our app has been helpful. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and we'll continue to do our best to serve your needs.
Worked perfectly but not anymore. How could we contact Automit ?
Easy, useful and good support. Shopify should hire this guy ;)
The app is easy and helps you saving time
Perfect app does exactly what it says. Easy to manage and free! Tried couple of other apps but this one is the best for tagging.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us! 🙂
We’re glad that you enjoyed the app.
By far the best auto tagging app I tried. Fast, there are templates you can use right away and overall experience is straightforward.
Thank you. Get in touch if you have questions or need help.
Amazing work. Well written, simple to use and reliable. Would love to have the option to run the rules for historic stuff if possible?
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our app. We're glad that we have met your expectations. 🙂
We plan to implement the "backdating" functionality in the near future. I'll let you know when it's done.
This app is simple to use and does everything we are needing. The result is a more streamlined process when filtering and processing orders.
Many thanks for your feedback and for choosing Tagit. Hope you'll keep enjoying the app. :)
