While we have not yet been able to utilize any of the upsell features (due to our own system limitations) I would highly recommend this app for the order editing features. What sets Order Editing apart from similar apps in the market place is that they expose so much via Shopify Flow, enabling many customization options for the merchant. The Order Editing team are also top-notch and dedicated to ensuring success for their users.

OrderEditing has been a gamechanger; not just in reducing tickets for the Customer Service team, but also in time spent manually changing/cancelling orders by the Operations team.
