Super helpful set up, really looking forward to seeing how the customer uptake is. Support was outstanding.

Onboarding was a breeze. Initially there were some bugs, but Hamish and team managed to iron those out fairly quickly. It's easy to utilise and reduce support tickets.

Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service and functions

If I was able to rate Order Editing higher than 5, I would not hesitate to do so! The responsiveness, the care, and the attention to detail are truly exceptional. Not only does the app deliver everything it promises, but the way the team adapts to every operational situation with a genuine ‘can-do’ mentality is outstanding. Special thanks to Paul — it’s an absolute pleasure working with you! You’ve really reduced tethering issues to an absolute minimum.

Great app! Very happy with the support and the teams help to get this working well

The support and expertise from the entire Order Editing Team has been nothing short of fantastic. From onboarding and beyond, they are there to help you deliver incredible results and make the customer journey even better along the way. Their team never rests, and they continue to provide great updates to the app! I would absolutely recommend that you have a chat with their team and get on board.
