So far so good! We are new users and have yet to experience the benefits, however, the implementation team and responses to my questions has been incredible. I can absolutely see the value this app will add to our company.

Great app, Jacques from OE has been of great help handling all the heavy lifting with getting us up and running. Our staff have found some of the customer self service functions very helpful during peak periods eg invoice printing, address changes etc.

110/10 customer service. Extremely friendly, prompt, kind and helpful. Application is easy once you get the hang of it. But when you need assistance, they're on it right away and respond within the day and usually fix it for you if they have the permissions. Do recommend.
