A dream come true for a small / mighty team! Super easy setup, and I love the ability to upsell customers while providing an easy self-service option to make last minute order changes.
Saving us so much time with order edits. The team is great to work with, and very responsive. Highly recommend!
Great app, customer service is direct and efficient.
Fantastic, saves heaps of time not having to update customer addresses!
HIGHLY recommend this app. It has saved us so much time for our customer service team. This is a no brainer app for any store to use and their support is amazing.
Absolute gamechanger for our business. Cut down our CS hours.
Good stuff, some minor issues but the founders are constantly improving it and there is no other app that offers this functionality
The app has been great for us since installing, a real must have and can see it being installed on every website as standard in the future.
WOW! Great App - and unbelievable support. Fast to respond, 24/7 it felt like. Great results from the app and such good support
Great support from Kiril and Hamish on getting the app implemented and onboarding. They were really quick on getting issue resolved and responsive on all our queries even with the time difference.
