Not only is the app amazing, but the support is phenomenal. I've had multiple calls with the founder and they react to each of my requests. Definitely the best app I've seen for Shopify hands down.

Order Editing is a fantastic app with white glove onboarding and support. No doubt Hamish, Kiril, and team will continue transforming the industry with the ingenious function of holding an order. Keep on killing it :)

A very versatile app with a lot of useful functionality. Saving me time and money. Support is excellent as well - always around to point you in the right direction.

Great application that provides a lot of value for the customer and saves a lot of customer service tickets

An app to cause an issue that has been around forever that everyone has ignored until now!!

Very cleverly designed for any merchant with customer care teams needing more time, it is a lifesaver.
