Hamish and the team have been amazing to deal with, and always very prompt! both with the onboarding and post implementation support. Well done, highly recommended.
The app has been amazing and really made things easier for our CX team. Ran into a few issues setting up and Hamish jumped on a call with us to solve them asap. Great support, great app. Plus helps drive extra revenue.
The onboarding was a breeze, the team made the implementation super easy, only took 10 minutes.
Stoked with this app - we probably don't have to hire another cx role due to installing this. Hamish and the team were super helpful with install.
Awesome app! Super helpful team. Installed and set up within minutes. Thankyou Hamish
Has saved us so much time with customer service. Such an easy way for our customers to make changes to their orders :)
Fantastic App, that reduces your customer service.

Customer service is amazing and the app is even better, save's so much time for our team. Every Shopify store should have this app.
Hamish was so helpful in assisting our company get order editing up and running. The program looks fantastic and we're excited to offer this service for our customers!
Hamish reached out as soon as we installed Order Editing and set it up right away for us before I even had time to look at the app. The service and eagerness to get us set up and ready to roll is something I have never experienced with any other app. Thanks team!
