I have been incredibly impressed by both the app and the team behind it! Nothing is too hard, big or small.
If you sell on Shopify, it really is a no brainer.

Great app & great support.
Works perfectly. Great experience for the merchant, even better for the customer. Highly recommend this app.
Order Editing is a must-have app for any Shopify store that wants to provide exceptional customer service and reduce administrative overhead. This intuitive tool empowers customers to make changes to their orders, such as modifying quantities, swapping items, or updating shipping addresses, without the need for manual intervention from store staff.
We just got the app, I will update this review if issues arise but I must say. THIS APP IS A MUST, it will save you so many CS emails / live chats etc. Hamish is a good guy, I really wish him and this company the best. I am sad though shopify doesn't have the brains to do something like this. 10/10 GOATED WITH THE SAUCE
Hamish is super helpful and easy to use app. 100% recommend
