Order Editing has been a game changer for our 2 Stores. We've seen a significant drop in customer inquiries regarding address changes, changing of sizing, adding/removing items to the order, etc. The app works perfectly with different WMS and it's easy to configure. Order Editing has been a total game changer for us. It’s helped us give our customers more flexibility after checkout, reducing the number of customer service emails we receive for order changes and helping minimise avoidable shipping issues.
The upsell feature has also been great, generating thousands in additional revenue for us! Overall, it’s made the post-purchase experience so much smoother for both our team and our customers.

I wish I could give this app 10 stars. Order Editing has saved us countless hours, increased revenue, and offers far more flexibility than any similar app we've used on Shopify. We previously used Aftersell, and this solution is significantly more powerful and robust.
The support team is exceptional—real people who are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about helping merchants succeed. They had our store set up and running in minutes. Highly recommended.
The app is easy to setup, and has a lot of useful features. The upselling setting are really interesting and they work really well. We had a bug that was generating by some of our store settings and was resolved very fast by them on a direct call which was very awesome. The support chat is not really helpful, or maybe it was because I was on EU timezone and their team is located in US but after emailing they responded and resolved very fast.
I really recommend their app.

Paul was fantastic to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the setup process for our site. He made everything straightforward and was quick to assist whenever we had questions. So far, we've had no issues at all and the app has been working great.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Order Editing and their team. The app itself has saved us a tremendous amount of customer service time by allowing customers to make simple changes to their own orders without needing to contact support. That alone has made a huge operational difference for our business.
What really sets them apart, though, is their support team. We had a fairly difficult integration with some unique challenges and third-party systems, and their team was consistently responsive, patient, and proactive every step of the way. They always replied quickly, took the time to understand the issues, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get everything working properly.
