Admins edit orders with custom fields;customers self-serve updates from their account—all in one app
Order Modify combines admin order editing with a customer portal. Merchants update orders in Shopify admin—including custom fields, shipping, line items, and more. Customers self-serve on order status: shipping address, quantities, add/replace products, product options, discounts, shipping methods, contact info, invoices, and cancellation—each toggled in your settings. Set editing deadlines, respect plan tiers, and reduce support while you control what buyers can change. One app; two audiences.
- Admin edits with custom fields, shipping, line items, and other core order data.
- Self-serve on order status—address, qty, products, options, discounts, and more.
- Toggle portal tools: shipping rates, invoices, cancellation, contact info, more.
- Editing deadlines and plan-aware limits align post-checkout changes with policy.
- Fewer tickets: buyers fix eligible orders; staff keep control and clear history.
