Very much appreciate this app. Simple to use and customizable. I don't think I should need an app to print an invoice, but I do, and this fits the bill. UPDATE: They are also very responsive to help when I need to make any adjustments to my invoices! I really appreciate this app, and have been using it for quite a long time now and still love it!

This is an amazing app with all the features I need. I've had it for a few years now and recently needed some help from their support team for the first time. We are happy with the app at the low level we have been using this app. I have a feeling we have barely scratched the surface of its capability. Tried a few other invoice apps before lading on Order Printer Pro and sticking with them. Great looking invoice, easy to edit, and if you need some technical help, they are fast and good. Highly recommend!

This app is perfect for what we need. Our customers like to have a tax invoice so we send it with every order. Looks great and has all the required info.
Support is awesome. I needed something tweaked and got a response back immediately. Very happy and would highly recommend

Misleading billing. You will be billed after your store has 50 orders in the month even if you haven't actually used the app at all.
I should not be billed when the app his not been used at all. I may have had over 50 orders, but not a single one used Order Printer Pro for anything. No receipts, custom layouts, etc were ever printed or processed in any way. I just paid for literally nothing.
Thank you for your feedback. Our pricing is based on your store's orders per month, as can be seen in the pricing and subscription details when installing apps.

Good customer service but still after months still have printer issues with the printer button add blank page in front of all prints.
I guess it is fixed now using chrome.Thanks
