I am extremely happy with my experience using Order Printer Pro! As someone who is new to the Shopify platform, I was navigating my way through how to optimize the overall experience for our customers. I reached out to support with a few questions and to get assistance with modifying the information displayed on our invoices.
I had the pleasure of working with Keanu, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly patient and took the time to fully understand my needs. I've had a couple of interactions with the support team, and each time they've been nothing short of professional, with a keen attention to detail and a remarkably fast response time.
Thanks to their exceptional service, I feel much more confident in managing our invoicing process. I highly recommend Order Printer Pro for anyone looking for a reliable solution paired with outstanding support!

Bisher gute App mit einem guten Funktionsumfang. Einzig die Anpassung der Rechnungsvorlage ist nicht einfach. Hier wäre es gut, wenn es auch B2B/B2C kombinierte Rechnungslayouts gebe, bei denen bei einem Reverse Charge Verkauf die entpsrechende VAT ID sowie der Reverse Charge Hinweis angezeigt werden. Oder bei einem Rechnungsverkauf die Bankverbindung mit angezeigt werden kann. Oder permanent mit drauf ist. Das ist noch die größte Schwäche des Programms, die Vorlagen. Praktisch wäre auch ein WYSIWYG Editior mit Bausteinen wie VAT ID, REVERSE Charge Hinweis, Bankverbindung anzeigen...Leider sind die Formulare auch so gestaltet, dass sie bei größeren Bestellungen einfach nur nach unten rutschen, anstatt eine neue Seite mit neuem Kopf mit Logo zu erzeugen. Dann fehlt mir noch die Möglichkeit, eigenes Briefpapier zu verwenden. Wenn ich die Rechnung mit LOGO speichere, dann kann ich mein Briefpapier nicht verwenden. Wenn ich das Logo weglasse, dann bekommt der Kunde eine email Rechnung ohne LOGO. Auch doof..Andere Stores lösen das so, dass man die Wahl hat, das man in emails mit Logo versenden kann und beim ausrucken ohne Logo (auf Briefpapier)...Wenn das noch umgesetzt würde, dann gibt es auch 5 Sterne....

This app works perfectly with my needs for invoices and receipts. I deleted a competitor app because this one works so much better, and I like that I can show discounts directly on the rate for 1 item. The other app only showed the discount off the total, which doesn't allow my customer to see how much they are saving per piece. I also really do love the customer support. Very responsive and very helpful.

Installed this app to help our in-store associates print packing slips for online orders for pickup. Easy installation, and my one request to technical support with a question was answered expertly the same day. The app perfectly solves our problem. The user interface is pretty intuitive. We're using the free version right now, but I will pay for a subscription when we hit the usage threshold.

Great App! We're an Electric Bicycle Shop in Southern Indiana and during our checkout process with our new riders we needed a check-off list to ensure our riders have all of the information they need before they take off on their first ride. Order Printer Pro allows us to create a customized template for our packing list to accomplish that. Their support is also very prompt!

Went down once but the team fixed it and replied within 5 minutes and sorted it straight away for me which was great.
Service was good and helpful and the app itself works well, it looks good and the templates work, coding changes are easy and you can put download links into your e-mails with them too.

Great app that has helped ensure our business operations are smooth and seamless in ways we could not imagine. The tailor made templates and documents helped us focus on the core areas of our business saving us incredible amounts of time. The support is incredible, all members of the support team are knowledgeable and talented, you do not have to worry about 'starting all over' when you get a new support team member to handle your issues.
