Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

We needed a custom solution to a template we had in the Order Printer Pro app. Luis, Jose & Esteban were able to match our current invoice and draft order templates perfectly. It's rare to find the type of great communication and speed the Order Printer team provides. Great choice, highly recommend!

Great app that has helped ensure our business operations are smooth and seamless in ways we could not imagine. The tailor made templates and documents helped us focus on the core areas of our business saving us incredible amounts of time. The support is incredible, all members of the support team are knowledgeable and talented, you do not have to worry about 'starting all over' when you get a new support team member to handle your issues. I strongly recommend.

I tried to output receipts and packing list (in Japanese) from the purchase history on my page, but because my Shopify plan was not Plus, there were restrictions and it was difficult.
However, thanks to the support team's accurate liquid corrections and advice, I was able to implement it successfully.
The receipt and packing list forms can be freely edited, so I was able to get the results I wanted.
I think it's a great app.

I've been very impressed with the quality of support, not to mention the functionality and ease of use. I'm somewhat new to Shopify and have realized that there are many, many app choices out there. This app and the support has been special. I had a problem with the packing slip template and the Order Pro team made the custom template modifications within 20min. I will definitely look into their other product offerings before going elsewhere!

Luis from the support team assisted us in great way. He coded us a way that a template automatically switches the VAT number shown, depending on the shipping address of the order. This is important for our international sales in the EU. So if you have the same issue, contact Luis. He did great work!

As a company with both retail and wholesale operations, Order Printer Pro has been an essential tool for Elite Fireworks. It allows us to easily bulk print and automate invoices while customizing everything to fit our brand. The ability to add our logo, colors, and tweak templates exactly how we want — including Bills of Lading and other custom documents — has made our processes much more efficient.

The setup was simple, and their support team is excellent. Anytime we’ve needed help or wanted to push customization further, they’ve been quick to respond and provide real solutions.

What makes this app stand out is the flexibility. We can automatically send PDF invoices and receipts, print packing slips and return forms, and export draft orders all from within Shopify. It also handles translations, multi-currency, and tax requirements which helps us operate confidently across different markets.

For any business looking for a robust and reliable invoice solution, Order Printer Pro delivers. It’s helped us streamline fulfillment and elevate our customer experience, and we highly recommend it.

Order Printer Pro has made exporting our invoices, orders and packing slips way simpler. The templates are super easy to customise and if you ever get stuck or need something specific, the support team is always quick to help and really easy to deal with.

We have been looking for an app like this for a long while. Our business is both B2B and B2C and many customers were looking for invoices. We used to have to set them up in our system, create an invoice, mark it paid, email it and then delete both the payment and invoice to keep our books straight.

And now, we automated our invoiced to be sent as soon as the order is shipped, saving us time. We also use the Order Printer Pro packing slips as well.

Amazing app. very glad we found it!

Absolutely terrific support with all types of customization possibilities. The team who helped consisting of Jose, Ramon, and Esteban made sure our documents look & function exactly the way we want it. Big plus that all invoices or packing slips can be accessible via printable PDF URL. Highly recommended!
