Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

This is a very good app and it helps us send nich invoices. The developer is also very helpful and we recommend this app to everyone who runs a shopify store.
I had a special request and Vanessa and Jose helped me with some lines of code. It was very helpful. Thanks.

Support is always very prompt, and so far (since 2009) our issues have been resolved quickly.
The layouts in Order-Printer-Pro are very flexible and can be tailored perfectly to our needs. However, the e-invoice feature is still pending. We’re looking forward to it!

Great customer support. Have been using for a while without needing support. I was looking for assistance displaying product tags and Luis was a great help!

I would love to see the ability to pull from meta fields and collections, as I think product tags will get busy, but this works for now!

2026 update - they added metafields to their invoices .. ( customer , products or variant , order metafields )

When I need support, the team is always super responsive and helpful. I recently needed to add a GPSR (EU product safety regulation) document to the end of my shipping invoice and the team was great. Now I have an shipping invoice which includes the GPSR document. When my fulfilment team in the warehouse prints the shipping invoice it includes the GPSR document which can go directly in the box. Big thanks to the team for their support, efforts and know-how to make this solution work. Two big thumbs up.

Used ChatGPT and Claude to recreate our invoices and packing list to be used in free Shopify Order Printer app. Doesn't have all the features of OPP, but we didn't need all those features, especially didn't need the VAT/EU features. Very happy with the change. Invoices and packing list look nearly identical to OPP, was able to fix so that payment method doesn't show 'Unknown' when payment was via PayPal Wallet, and code is much cleaner and easier to read even with comments, and almost half as many lines of code. Saving a little money on app subscription is just an added bonus. Don't get me wrong, OPP was a great app that worked very well for us, but it frustrated me that we were paying for an app that added a bunch of EU specific features that we didn't need since we are not in the EU nor do we sell to the EU.

Not happy that they just added a "feature" that should/could have been a separate app for the stores that need it. We bought a toaster, and now they turned it into a toaster and blender combo. I don't want the blender nor the toaster and blender combo. I just want the toaster. So we can now either choose to ignore the extra section added to our order page and ignore the extra choices on the menu, or look for another toaster that keeps things simple and cleaner looking. May need to look into Shopify Order Printer since it is getting good reviews after its redesign.

This app is a must. The document customization options alone are worth the price. We print to letterhead that already has our color logo on it, so we can print on black and white printers. This saves on color toner costs, and black and white printers are less expensive. We simply duplicated each document so that each has one with the logo on it, and one with a blank space where the logo would be printed, to print on letterhead.

As long as they don't break it with an update like they recently did, it's a 5 star app.

The absolute best part of using this app is their customer support! I needed a couple of customizations done the commercial invoice template so I contacted them. Within about 30 mins, a gentleman named Keanu got me all fixed in no time! The app itself is nice, but the superior customer service makes it the best!

They keep updating the product, and we keep suffering with their updates, now, our team has experienced interruptions for many times, this has delayed our shipment process which depends on this app. Now, we started using shopify native order printer app, converted all the template codes that we optimised by using ai solutions. we don't recommend at all....

We've been using this app for many years. A great replacement for native Shopify invoicing to make invoices sparkle. Very easy to use and their support team is super responsive, knowledgable, and always helpful. Highly recommended!
