A great app that works well. Including a PDF invoice in the order confirmation email is such an obviois and essential addition. And being able to bulk print good looking packing slips is essential. Can't imagine running my store without this app

The team has been so helpful. I had hired someone to code a custom invoice and packing list for me and he was unable to complete the project and due to time constraints, I decided to DIY it.
I have enough HTML knowledge to get myself in trouble but had no knowledge of CSS or liquid code. Through the support of Esteban, David, and the rest of the team, I have been able to troubleshoot and build out invoices and packing lists that match my templates almost exactly! This app has added a much needed feature to shopify. We can now print and send PDFs to customers in a professional format. The support is amazing!! We needed a couple tweaks to our template and they were quick to respond and provide the html code needed. Great app! Great company!

I think I've been using this app for nearly 10 years. Today was the first time I contacted support because I wanted to add some extra special functionality to our customer accounts page, giving our regular customers a better user experience. I explained what I wanted to achieve, and the support team came back very quickly with a step-by-step guide on how to implement it
