Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

Great app that has helped ensure our business operations are smooth and seamless in ways we could not imagine. The tailor made templates and documents helped us focus on the core areas of our business saving us incredible amounts of time. The support is incredible, all members of the support team are knowledgeable and talented, you do not have to worry about 'starting all over' when you get a new support team member to handle your issues. I strongly recommend.

I tried to output receipts and packing list (in Japanese) from the purchase history on my page, but because my Shopify plan was not Plus, there were restrictions and it was difficult.
However, thanks to the support team's accurate liquid corrections and advice, I was able to implement it successfully.
The receipt and packing list forms can be freely edited, so I was able to get the results I wanted.
I think it's a great app.

I've been very impressed with the quality of support, not to mention the functionality and ease of use. I'm somewhat new to Shopify and have realized that there are many, many app choices out there. This app and the support has been special. I had a problem with the packing slip template and the Order Pro team made the custom template modifications within 20min. I will definitely look into their other product offerings before going elsewhere!

Luis from the support team assisted us in great way. He coded us a way that a template automatically switches the VAT number shown, depending on the shipping address of the order. This is important for our international sales in the EU. So if you have the same issue, contact Luis. He did great work!

We have been looking for an app like this for a long while. Our business is both B2B and B2C and many customers were looking for invoices. We used to have to set them up in our system, create an invoice, mark it paid, email it and then delete both the payment and invoice to keep our books straight.

And now, we automated our invoiced to be sent as soon as the order is shipped, saving us time. We also use the Order Printer Pro packing slips as well.
