Order Printer customer service was so helpful with a very frustrating issue that I was having with split shipments. I am technologically stunted and they were patient with me and resolved the issue quickly. I reached out to them late in the evening, they needed some time to figure out the issue. This app works great, it is perfect for VAT invoices, or any custom invoices and packing slips. The few little issues we have had have been sorted immediatley, you can't ask for any more than that.
