We’ve been using Order Printer Pro for our Shopify store and it’s been rock solid. The app creates professional PDF invoices and packing slips automatically, which keeps everything clean, consistent, and on-brand.
Setup was straightforward, customization is flexible, and it integrates perfectly with Shopify orders and workflows. It saves us time every day and removes a lot of manual steps from our fulfillment process.
On top of that, their support team is great—fast, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
If you run a serious Shopify store and need reliable order documents, this app is a must-have.
We are using Orderprinterpro to print on A5 paper with a standard laser printer.
This app is an excellent solution for those looking to use non-standard Shopify printers. It is generally stable and performs its intended functions well, although we occasionally encounter some bugs.

I never leave reviews but this really deserved one. I was struggling to get US customs info on our commercial invoice and Nicolas was SO helpful. He managed to walk me through simple solutions and helped me make prompt changes to make our invoices look perfect. Great customer support which saved me tons of hours. Thank you !

The support has been great, but I'm not loving the updates. Otherwise, we find this app helpful for the design of our custom packing slip.
Order Printer Pro is a must have for our company. We did need some help with multi-language setup and PDF invoices, Keanu did help us fast and understand what needed to be done.

Order Printer Pro has been an absolute game-changer for our store. The templates look professional and integrate perfectly with our workflow. Automating invoice drafts has saved us so much time.
Little bit pricey for doing exactly what shopify does natively, but its the only app to do so on draft orders so thats worth something
I have been using this app for years. I made some changes and had to reinstall the app. When I went in to fix some code, I messed it up big time. Tech support was online within a min and had it fixed in less than 3.
