Easy setup and template edit. Fast and uncomplicated support.
One thing we have not yet managed to do is to generate the labels in A6 format. in the preview the format fits, in the pdf it is again in A4 format. Not sure if that is an issue in the app or the printer.
The support has a solution (https://help.forsbergplustwo.com/en/articles/3289768-printing-on-smaller-paper-a5-or-4x6) wich unfortunately we were not able to make it work with our template yet.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the setup and support have been helpful. We understand the challenge with generating A6 labels and we are sorry to hear it was inconvenient for you. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
The billing is incredibly misleading. The pricing is based on the total number of Shopify orders, not just the orders processed through the app. When I raised this with support, they simply pointed me to an article about their pricing. Why not be upfront about it from the start instead of resorting to these bait-and-switch tactics?
I wish Shopify would enforce clearer pricing structures with their developers. What difference does it make how many orders my store gets if I’m not even using the app?
To make matters worse, support almost seemed to encourage me to leave a negative review.

Wow! Some reviews just make our day. Thanks for your warm 5-star review :)
