Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

Edited to re-add all the stars. Two days after my last update they have pushed a fix and now everything is working perfectly! Thank you!!!

We are finally moving to OPP as our main production printing tool (had no choice as Shopify’s printing templates are massively limited). However, I have to drop a couple of stars because they have had a bug in the printing extension for around a year. When printing from Safari on MacOS, it prints a blank page first. I asked them about it and they don’t seem to have anyone able to fix this simple bug. It bums me out because other than that it is awesome!

Previous Review: This app does the basics well right out of the box. The real power is in being able to customize the templates and add all different types of logic to get you where you need to be.

I had a really complicated special case regarding tax handling in Germany for tax-exempt items and the associated shipping, which had to be reported for tax purposes but which Shopify unfortunately handled incorrectly. I received tireless assistance so that I could issue an invoice for the customer that complied with tax authority requirements.

Great app. Fast problem solving almost within a few minutes. thank you very much

We are very happy with this App. The support ist exceptionally good - even when asking for very specific customizations we have been offered a solution within minutes! Can highly recommend Order Printer Pro!

Fast super quick help, thanks!

Great app and great technical support - Have been using it for quite some time now and recently reached out for technical support for a change I wanted to implement. They helped me promptly.

This app is fantastic so far. Shopify should definitely have this functionality built-in, but it’s great to have this app as a workaround. I encountered a minor issue during setup that turned out to be a browser problem. The support team responded promptly within a minute or two.

very polite

Good service

Nice App
