Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

I recently started using this app and I have to say, it's been a great experience so far. The app is user-friendly, with a clean interface and smooth navigation. This app is perfect for what we need. Our customers like to have a tax invoice so we send it with every order. Looks great and has all the required info.

Misleading billing. You will be billed after your store has 50 orders in the month even if you haven't actually used the app at all.

I should not be billed when the app his not been used at all. I may have had over 50 orders, but not a single one used Order Printer Pro for anything. No receipts, custom layouts, etc were ever printed or processed in any way. I just paid for literally nothing.

We've had this app in place for a number of years now. Very flexible, but more to the point, it just gets the job done with no fuss. Further to this however, the real stand out point for this app is the staff - the support is always super fast and resolve any amendments we need. Really appreciate it. Thanks ~John.

We like that we can print orders out. The only down side to this we have noticed so far is that is doesn't transfer the notes in the same format they are written in on the Shopify draft. It just lumps everything into one paragraph. Otherwise it has helped us so far!

Great app, and even better customer support from my experience. The standard version is a bit 'manual' which means you will come face to face with the liquid templates if you want to tailor them. They do have a paid option that allows you to design without code, if this were standard it would get the full 5 stars.

If you found this app, this is the one you need for anyone doing any type of B2B business or simply just sending PDF capabilities. I'm still new to Shopify and Jose was lightning quick to answer all my questions and support some custom changes I wasn't able to figure out on my own. Thank you to the team at Forsberg. I 've already implemented 2 other apps from this developer and strongly recommend those as well!

Nicht nur die App sondern auch das Team dahinter ist einfach Mega. Bei meinen kleinen Problemen und Sonderwünschen wurde mir sofort geholfen. Das geschah auch noch sehr schnell. Kann ich jedem empfehlen. Ich bin selber Anfänger bei Shopify, aber mit diesem wirklich sehr guten Support macht es wirklich Spaß mit der App zu arbeiten.

Order Printer Pro is a really precious app for generating invoices. The hotline service is very competent and responsive. Every time I have asked for advice, they have always found a quick and effective solution. The customization options for invoices are extensive, allowing us to present a professional image to our clients. This app saves me a tremendous amount of time, I highly recommend it!

Order Printer Pro provides exactly what I needed, in a much more flexible way than with our previous invoicing app. I like the way we can easily customize invoices and quotes templates. But what amazed me was the exceptional support of their team. Valeria and Oscar in particular were awesome. They were so swift to answer my questions (I needed to tweak some stuffs in templates after having changed the invoicing app) and so precise in their replies, I can't expect better support than theirs! Congrats for this nice product and for having built such a nice support team!
