We have had some issues recently, most likely caused by changes in Shopify itself. The support team were very responsive and worked tirelessly to help resolve the issue which it now is.. Thank you

Chat and Message feature is a game changer! Always quick to help and fix what you are needing! You can always go back and ask for more help, they are just so nice! Would definitely recommend and will keep using until I don't have a website anymore:)
