The absolute best part of using this app is their customer support! I needed a couple of customizations done the commercial invoice template so I contacted them. Within about 30 mins, a gentleman named Keanu got me all fixed in no time! The app itself is nice, but the superior customer service makes it the best!
Thanks so much for sharing your feedback about Order Printer Pro. We're glad to hear that Cesar's performance exceeded your expectations. We'll make sure to pass on your kind words 🙏🏼

They keep updating the product, and we keep suffering with their updates, now, our team has experienced interruptions for many times, this has delayed our shipment process which depends on this app. Now, we started using shopify native order printer app, converted all the template codes that we optimised by using ai solutions. we don't recommend at all....
Your kind words mean a lot to us! We strive to provide the best possible service and are glad to have been able to do that for you. If there's anything else we can do to help, please don't hesitate to reach out 😊

We've been using this app for many years. A great replacement for native Shopify invoicing to make invoices sparkle. Very easy to use and their support team is super responsive, knowledgable, and always helpful. Highly recommended!
What a fantastic review. Thank you! I'm so happy to hear you are dazzling the world with sparkling invoices! I'll pass on your review to our support team, who appreciate your kind words 🤩

Very useful app, especially for B2B businesses
Absolut zufrieden. Selbst wer mehr als 50 Rechnungen pro Monat hat, ist der Preis fair. Klare Empfehlung!
