Ottima app, intuitiva e servizio assistenza veloce e preciso

Excellent support. Ran into a few issues with multi currency and they were right there to help each step. Stayed with me until every issue I had was fixed.

Issues are dealt with quickly.

Very quick and fast support!

Haris was very helpful and made a usually complicated process we needed done completely seemless and easy. kudos to him and the team!

I was very happy with the help received from Keanu. I've asked a few times help to the team of Order Pro, and every time manage to help perfectly!

We are very happy with this App. The support ist exceptionally good - even when asking for very specific customizations we have been offered a solution within minutes! Can highly recommend Order Printer Pro!

Edited to re-add all the stars. Two days after my last update they have pushed a fix and now everything is working perfectly! Thank you!!!

We are finally moving to OPP as our main production printing tool (had no choice as Shopify’s printing templates are massively limited). However, I have to drop a couple of stars because they have had a bug in the printing extension for around a year. When printing from Safari on MacOS, it prints a blank page first. I asked them about it and they don’t seem to have anyone able to fix this simple bug. It bums me out because other than that it is awesome!

Previous Review: This app does the basics well right out of the box. The real power is in being able to customize the templates and add all different types of logic to get you where you need to be.

I had a really complicated special case regarding tax handling in Germany for tax-exempt items and the associated shipping, which had to be reported for tax purposes but which Shopify unfortunately handled incorrectly. I received tireless assistance so that I could issue an invoice for the customer that complied with tax authority requirements.
