Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

This app works great, it is perfect for VAT invoices, or any custom invoices and packing slips. The few little issues we have had have been sorted immediatley, you can't ask for any more than that.

Would definitely recommend Order Printer Pro.

This morning, I encountered an isolated technical issue that disrupted my normal routine. I utilized the app's virtual assistance tool, and the experience was flawless. After briefly explaining the situation, the system resolved the issue within minutes. The absence of hold times and the streamlined nature of the automated support allowed me to resume my work with minimal downtime. This is an excellent app with highly reliable support infrastructure.

We've been using Order Printer Pro for years, and their support continues to exceed our expectations. Recently, we encountered an issue, and their team resolved it within minutes. Their customer service is consistently reliable, responsive, professional, and incredibly efficient.

It's rare to find a company that combines such a great product with outstanding support, and that's exactly why we've remained a loyal customer. We truly appreciate their dedication to helping their users and look forward to continuing to use Order Printer Pro for many years to come. Highly recommended!

The app works great and the support is excellent!

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it does not work seamlessly with Shopify B2B, because Shopify does not give the app access to the native VAT number information. This is not the app’s fault.

This means the VAT number needs to be added manually if the customer has not entered it in their customer account. However, the app works as well as Shopify allows it to, and it still makes it much easier for our customers to access their invoices on their own.

The native Shopify VAT invoice is very well hidden for customers who want to self-serve, so we need this app to provide better customer service and make invoices easier for our customers to find.

Very fast support response and good communication

Quick help when we need assistance with templates for example

quick responses on questions in chat. good walkthrough and easy setup.

Needed help, so contacted support: They responded quickly and got a solution for me in very sort notice. What else can you ask for?

Ansonsten wirklich top! Vielen Dank an Valentina!
