Order Printer Templates

We used this app to customise our packing slips. The support staff were very helpful and extremely quick to respond. The support team also helped us hugely by customising some small aspects of the template that will make a major difference for us. The support team also gave us easy to follow instructions and installing the new template was done in seconds. Would recommend this app and support team

I bought this app because I needed packing slips that would display a discount code field(which the standard Shopify template does not) so the staff member packing orders would know to include a gift with purchase with the shipment. I reached to the Forsberg team and they sent me a customized template code to display the discount. Their customer service is absolutely top notch. Highly recommended.

Bjorn is AWESOME! Had some specific issues with the app and what I was trying to do. Not the apps fault at all. Bjorn went above and beyond trying to solve my issue. They don't try and gouge you on the price. Well worth the price and a very unique way of pricing apps. I like it much better than subscriptions. Now, if Shopify would allow them to put their code in the packing slip it would be even better.

Order Printer is a real great addition to our website. It helped me producing packing lists without any value on it, very convenient for my packing team as it's showing a small picture of the product as well. Personalizing invoices to my own requirement, looking much more representative to your company brand. I highly recommend it as it's also so easy to set up, few minutes are enough and you are on wheels.

Before buying, Bjorn was responsive and answered all my questions. When we were ready, installation was a snap. Configuring tool was great. And with Bjorn's pointers to the list of liquid variables, and being a software engineer, i was able to edit the template to add both the shipping service and the tracking number on our invoice template using liquid and html. Very happy with the outcome and the product.

This app creates a printed order in a manner much better than Shopify comes with standard. That's expected, as it's the purpose of the app. The reason why we don't deviate from these templates is that any time we needed small adjustments as our business grows, and improvements are required, they are always they to help. They answer in a day or less, and are always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this company its people, save that it is an absolute and unmitigated pleasure to do business with people who treat their customers this way. I am not the easiest person. I can be demanding and want what I want and am very detailed, and they met me at every point. I was previously using Quickbooks to generate invoices marked paid both for inclusion with orders and to hand off to international customs brokers. But, now that I have someone else working on shipping, I didn't want to pay more for QBO that allowed multiple users. This is the PERFECT solution!! The documentation I need is accessible in one app instead of having to toggle back and forth between two. Perfect!

This is an amazing app and it saved me so much time especially with the customer support doing some custom coding for me to customize our internal operations. The added-value is really so much.
