This app certainly helped me create a much more customer friendly invoice. It looks so much more finished than any stock invoices. I had a custom request to change some parts of the look and Bjorn responded within 16 hours with a custom code for me to use, creating just the look I wanted, I couldn't be happier with this app. Also with the one time fee it is probably one of the highest cost/benefit apps I have used.

Order Printer Templates makes us look good! Just started using this and LOVE it. Customizing the template was easy, even editing after we'd started using and realized that we needed to make adjustments. The ability to customize and have clean, professional looking packing slips and return slips and labels makes us look good, like we have our act together (which we do) to our customers. Getting the details are so important in our business.

Great invoices which are easy to customise with your own brand, the colour pallet of your site can be pulled straight into the design at the click of button. Several options for the invoice o be sent, e.g when sending order quotes, after the customer has purchased and once you've updated the shipping process. The set up with VAT is also achievable after some great support from the developers. Very good product at a cheap one time fee, very happy.

app is so easy to use,would totally recommend! My template required a little tweaking which order printer staff were happy to help with for no extra fee, i was in contact with order printer staff before purchasing in regard to label paper ect, responses were fast and helpful. i really recommend this app for more tailored professional looking stationary without the headache of coding. So easy to use and so many good templates. Thank you order printer :)

I was already pleased with the look of the template, but, when using the emailer app, I noticed barcodes weren't showing up. I was a little concerned as this was the whole point of getting the custom template and the apps.

I emailed customer support and received a response incredibly quick. Not only that, but by the time they responded, they had completely fixed the issue. Helpful, quick to respond, and a great selection of templates. Well worth it!

YES! This is what we've been wanting to do for ages, and it's all provided to you in such an easy to use APP + great templates. We asked our Developer if they could do this, and the hours it'd take in coding wasn't worth the effort - but now with this app, we're got awesome looking Invoices etc and it only took moments to set them up. Atop all this, the customer service is fantastic - Bjorn helped out with additional edits. All in all highly recommended!

Absolutely superb! I've bought two templates from Order Printer Templates and Bjorn was such a lovely help to me, the support is excellent and the templates are absolutely stunning. I'm very happy! If you want professional designs at a very reasonable price, then look no further. I can't recommend them enough! Really easy to amend the templates to my own label size and it looks so beautiful, I don't have much CSS knowledge so this was perfect for me, thank you Bjorn!

Customer Service? Check! I have used this app to create my client orders for 2 years, and it has worked seamlessly. Because our business has changed a bit, I reached out to see if there was a way to custom my client order form to meet my unique need. Within a couple of hours, not only did I get answers to my questions but a new customized form that was better than I had hoped! This is a great app! The packing slips and invoices direct from Shopify now look professional and in sync with the branding of my business. What is even better is that their Customer Service is simply amazing. I needed a tweak and asked whether it was possible and if not, would I be able to be refunded the cost of the app as I would not be able to use it. I wanted invoices that had my own logo and that could be customized with my own brand voice rather than the generic "thank you for your purchase" boring stuff. I found the app super easy to use even though I have NO experience with HTML or coding. I was able to include all of the things that I wanted and even to amend the template once I was done with a couple of things that I had forgotten to add earlier. Super easy and I now have an invoice that is true to my brand and looks great! I'm really happy that I stumbled upon this app.
