Worst app ever..
There was an error on the tracking page so I sent multiple emails to the support team and also left many messages in the chat but to my surprise there was no response by the team... I have decided to remove the app now.
Hi there! We replied to you within a couple of hours requesting access to your store, but we never heard back from you. After you left the review, we also contacted you several times but received no response. We currently have 6 OUTSTANDING REVIEWS and ONLY ONE BAD REVIEW that we cannot verify.

Muy fácil de usar y clara para los clientes. Ahora pueden seguir sus pedidos sin tener que escribirme cada vez, lo que me ahorra tiempo y da más confianza. La instalación fue rápida y funciona perfecto.

Thank you for your kind words! We’re glad the app helps your customers track their orders easily, and it’s great to know our support team has been helpful 🤝.
This is the best order tracking app out there, hands down. There is no other app that I have found that can provide customers with a detailed timeline that includes production time. The recent addition of an Estimated Delivery Date widget on your product pages make this so much more than just an order tracking app. The developers are quick to respond to questions, and will take users suggestions and implement them in future updates. Amazing!!
