Custom statuses and workflows are currently limited in the app, and we understand how important this feature is for your use case. We’re sorry to hear that you faced issues while using our app. Upon reviewing your store details, we noticed that your store is not supported by our app block due to customer account type.

To assist users like yourself, we have recently updated our User Manual with step-by-step instructions on how to properly set up the app. We kindly encourage you to review the guide and ensure that your store meets the necessary compatibility criteria.
