Hillteck‑ COD OTP Verification

great experience , very helpful team

Very useful app for order conformation address verification. Also lot of type funtion of order conformation. Like as what's app verification, calling verification and OTP verification.

Extremely Unprofessional & Time-Wasting App – Avoid at All Costs!

I started using this app for order verification and was required to register a personal number to activate it. Unfortunately, the app turned out to be completely unhelpful for my needs, so I decided to discontinue.

However, the real nightmare began when I asked them to remove my registered number — something only their team has access to do.

It’s been over a week, and I’ve been constantly following up. Every day, their team — especially one specific POC — keeps giving false promises like “We’ll remove it today”, “Give us some time”, etc. But NOTHING has been done. No action, no update, no respect for the seller’s time.

This kind of careless, unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. You’re holding onto sensitive data without consent and not acting on repeated requests to delete it.

I strongly advise other Shopify sellers to avoid using this app. Poor customer service, broken promises, and absolutely no regard for data privacy or urgency.

Update: This app is getting on my nerve on each passing day. What is customer support to them? Seller is a fool to them.

I am using Hilltech COD app since few weeks and that is working fine for my shopify store. The customer support is very good along with tech support. I recommend this app. This is working fine for my system.

After instilling this app our fake order count reduced.

I’m thrilled with the HillTeck COD Verify App in my Shopify store. It has greatly reduced the complexity of managing COD orders. The app provides very user-friendly options for verifying both COD and prepaid orders, along with robust features for abandoned cart recovery and converting COD to prepaid. It’s extremely easy to use, even for Shopify website owners without any coding knowledge.

The HillTeck support team is exceptional, offering call and chat assistance whenever needed. I appreciate all the HillTeck apps and their commitment to customer support. Kudos to the team!

Hillteck's COD order verification by OTP is extremely useful for our operations, enhancing security and reducing fraud. The system is easy to use and highly effective. Their support team was also amazing, providing prompt and helpful assistance whenever needed.

This app is one of the best solutions available for handling COD orders. The support team is superb and responds quickly. Benson, in particular, is always proactive in resolving any issues with priority. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I'm looking forward to new features being added in the future to further optimize COD issues for merchants. Great work, team!

worst experience.
more than 50% customers dont get the screen for OTP. they bypass the app and no verification is done for those 50% of order.
sometimes it works with other 50% of the customers.
whats the use when your order verification problem doesn't solve.
