Tech support is great and very quick. We've been using Ordercup now for 8 months and have shipped tons of packages without problem.
Just started using the app and I'm now wondering why I waited so long! Ed was great at helping me set things up. I couldn't be happier.
Thanks for acknowledging our product and team!
Great addition to any Shopify store! Makes shipping a breeze. The team at OrderCup is also quick to respond for any assistance I have needed.
Very useful app with great customer service. A "must have."
Aloke and his team have the best support out of any shipping app on Shopify. We highly recommend OrderCup!
Thanks!

The tech took care of my issue. Prompt, courteous servce!!
Their quite excellent phone support (Ed in particular) makes up for the sometimes arcane quirks, clunky UI, and unintuitive aspects of the software.
Amazing customer service - answered my questions quickly. Received a call from tech support the first day to see if I had any questions about the app.
Happy with support and prices better than I already have.
Best shipping service out there. Ed and his team have been great to deal with. Always very quick to respond if we have an issue and get it resolved quickly.
