Excellent app, incredibly easy to use, and finally everything is in one place! Everything is clear and convenient, with all the couriers I need in one place, so there’s no need to open multiple different integrations.
A special shout-out to the support team — 10 out of 10! I wish everyone were this quick to respond and helpful! :)
Outstanding support and smooth operations.
OrderKrab's support team is fantastic—super quick to respond to technical questions and always open to developing custom solutions when needed. It has made our daily operations much smoother, well-structured, and efficient. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much! It's great to hear OrderKrab has made your packing and product preparation easier - made-to-order sellers are exactly the ones who benefit from OrderKrab the most. Thanks for choosing OrderKrab!
I've been using this app for multiple of our stores. These guys handle all of our requests very fast, questions are answered same day - overall, great choice for us. The operations and packing team also likes it which is also great, 5/5 experience overall.
Thanks so much! Running OrderKrab across multiple stores is exactly the setup we built it for, and hearing that your operations and packing team enjoys the pick-and-pack workflow means a lot - they're the ones using it daily. Same-day support will stay a priority. Thanks for choosing us!
