Spot repeat refund patterns and decide which customers need attention. ReturnShield analyzes fulfilled orders and refunds from the last 60 days, explains customer risk, and lets you Allow, Watch or Block. Customer blocks apply when Shopify recognizes the buyer. Add checkout rules for countries, PO boxes, phone numbers, cart values and products. Address and phone checks run only inside Shopify; these values are never sent to or stored by ReturnShield.
