Shopify Flow or another app can report success while the order still ends up wrong. OutcomeWatch lets you set the outcome you expect for an order event, such as a tag, a payment status or a fulfillment hold, plus a deadline. After the deadline it reads the order from Shopify and records an incident showing what was expected and what was actually found. It only reads order data, never changes your store, and does not store customer names, emails or addresses.
