I couldn't be happier with Ownprint! Their customer service has been remarkable so far. I also ordered samples for my store & am thrilled with how they turned out. They were better than the mockups & the timing of all of it was wonderful. I am VERY confident that my customers will also have an excellent experience. I am excited about our new relationship with OwnPrint. Absolutely has exceeded expectations so far.
Had an initial issue with the connection but sorted out very quickly. Good communication. Nice platfrom. Looking forward to using this in our range
Hi there, thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear you were experiencing issues logging in. I just checked with our dev team and for some reason, your email provider kept voiding our email requests. Our team verified your email manually and now you should be able to log in.
PS: If you have any other issues just reach out to our support team, we're always happy to help!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE OwnPrint. I work with other POD suppliers as well, but in my experience, OwnPrint is the best. Here's why: customer service. Alex and his team have worked with me to make sure my customers are happy. They've been extremely flexible and accommodating and their products are fantastic. I'm very happy I found them!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Ownprint.
