One tap at the packing bench tags the packer’s name onto the order page, where you already look.

When an order goes out wrong, most warehouses have no way of knowing who packed it. Nobody wrote it down, and by Friday nobody remembers. PackedBy runs on any device at the bench. Staff tap their name, take an order, and carry on. No logins, no training, nothing to learn. Their name is tagged onto the order in Shopify, so months later you can search one order number and have an answer in seconds. It keeps working when the wifi drops, and flags any order that shipped with no pack record at all.
