Prima esperienza di gestione spedizioni con Packlink Pro collegato a Shopify. Dopo aver abbandonato, anni fa, l'ipotesi di spedire le mie creazioni [in quanto la gestione delle spedizioni mi generava troppo stress] ho deciso di rimettermi in gioco e ho conosciuto da prima Shopify e di conseguenza Packlink Pro, che si integra perfettamente con l'esperienza dell'e-commerce, rendendo quasi immediata l'evasione degli ordini e la gestione delle etichette di spedizione.

Inoltre, ultima ma non per importanza, sono stato da subito seguito dalla signorina Mariaelena Vivace che è stata tanto professionale, gentile e disponibile da rendere la mia prima fase di impostazione dell'account Packlink e di gestione delle spedizioni una passeggiata.
Sembrava di essere al telefono con un'amica esperta che ti seguiva, ascoltava ed insegnava passo passo in ogni fase.

Sono molto soddisfatta dell’app di Packlink e di come si integra perfettamente con Shopify: intuitiva, efficiente e davvero utile per ottimizzare le spedizioni.

Muy buen servicio y una integración muy sencilla entre Packlink Pro y Shopify. Mathieu, quien me atendió por teléfono, fue muy profesional, claro y pedagógico en sus explicaciones. Además, hablaba un inglés excelente, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación.

Unfortunately i have to rewrite my review. Even though I Had/have a great personal consultant with packlink who helped me getting startet with it, the customer service is one of the worse i ever had to deal with - to a point that they wouldn't even answer anymore - to my latest Emails on OPEN CASES. When you buy a label with packlink and your well packed product arrives damaged, they will NOT refund your shipping costs and your product value or reshipping costs, having unrealistic requests of photographs from different angles and layers of packaging made by the customer BEFORE they open the package ... hello???? Sorry but after losing the time stone, not even doctor strange can turn back time and tell his customer to take picture before opening the package. Besides this u get the info after weeks when it's 100% certain the customer threw the damaged package away and there is no chance these pictures can be done. + you don't get that information on first hand when you talk to the support directly - there they only tell you to send a photo of the damaged packaging and 1 photo from the damaged product - the crazy requests come via email after weeks. In which scenario does someone contact an already disappointed customer after weeks to ask for a variety of pictures, apart from the fact that no customer will still keep damaged packaging and products around. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT and in my eyes very rude and not trustworthy

Sehr schlecht API Schlüssel funktioniert nicht mal richtig nud fordert noch auf sich auch der Seite zu registrieren, No GO!

Excellent service client. Mathieu est formidable au téléphone. Il comprend vite nos besoins, sait expliquer simplement avec des exemples concrets. Il m'a débloqué en 2 min une situation jusque là impossible avec mon plan basic Shopify. L'intégration et la configuration sont simples à prendre en main et à modifier une fois compris. Cela va me faire gagner beaucoup de temps sur la gestion des envois de commandes ! Merci
