Sono alle prime spedizioni ed ho avuto qualche difficoltà a capire il meccanismo per cui ho richiesto assistenza. sono stato richiamato ed ho avuto ottima assistenza !
Two serious problems. 1) At least once in two orders are not automatically processed on shopify, so I have to process and attach tracking codes to hundreds of orders every week. 2) The DHL tracking code is not the classic 9-character one, but a much longer one, which does not work with shopify's automatic tracking for customers.

You can try to uninstall our App and install it again this will solve your issue. Cause we suppose that you change your plan after the installation fo the App.

El trato del soporte técnico es muy rapido y efectivo, precios mejores que las propias empresas de mensajeria.
Abbiamo utilizzato questa piattaforma subito dal primo giorno dell'apertura del nostro store online, e devo dire che è ottimo per chi come noi ha aperto di fretta e furia a causa del COVID-19. Il motivo è che non abbiamo dovuto fare contratti con i corrieri e i prezzi sono ottimi, si può scegliere il corriere, i servizi con vari prezzi. Gestisce tutti i processi una volta creata la spedizione sul loro sito.
Il pagamento è comodo via Paypal.
E oggi sono stato anche contattato in meno di 24 ore dall'assistenza per un problema su una consegna che per fortuna si è risolto da solo.

Imprescindible app. Muy útil para ahorrar tiempo y dinero gestionando los envíos. Tiene una integración fantástica y muy intuitiva. Y además gratis!
Buena atención, buenos precios, y mejorando funcionamiento. necesita mejorar un poco la integración con Shopify, pero por suerte con la ayuda de mi account manager Markus se hace todo mas facil.
