Ho iniziato ad utilizzare Packlink per la gestione delle spedizioni del mio store e l'esperienza iniziale è stata positiva.

Un ringraziamento va a Mariaelena del reparto commerciale, che si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile, chiara e professionale fin dal primo contatto.

Al momento ho effettuato la prima spedizione ed è andato tutto perfettamente nei tempi e nelle modalità previste. Assegno 4 stelle solo perché sono all'inizio del percorso e voglio testare la piattaforma su grandi volumi.

Client depuis 6 ans, Colis France/France perdu en Allemagne : Packlink refuse de rembourser - Fuyez !

Je sais qu'il faut toujours les relancer sans cesse au moindre problème. Mais là, c'est l'apothéose.
Fin août, j'envoie un colis de France à France (adresse 100 % correcte). Par une erreur logistique aberrante, ils l'expédient dans un centre de colis perdus en Allemagne !

Depuis bientôt 2 mois, mon dossier est ouvert pour 60€ de marchandises égarées par leur faute.

Le service client me fait tourner en rond ou ignore mes messages en prétextant "attendre le retour du transporteur". C’est inadmissible : mon contrat est avec Packlink, pas avec leur sous-traitant.
Packlink refuse d’assumer ses responsabilités.
Même après des années de fidélité, le client n'est absolument pas respecté.

Ottima App , unica pecca la gestione separata degli ordine , invece di usare la sezioni ordini nativa di shopify bisogna usare la sezione ordini dell'app. Valentina Colombo sempre disponibile.
